Thank you for the service you all have done for our country...
I am a retired US Marine currently conducting research on the 3rd Force Reconnaissance Company Marines. They had a dog handler by the name of John J. Moran, Jr. His dog was King, but he died in combat on April 3, 1967 while protecting his fellow Marines.
I am attempting to locate John Moran. Does anyone know about him or where he is currently living? A lot of 3rd Force Marines have been trying to locate him over the years to say thanks for his service.
