I visit here every now and then. Just wanted to drop by and say "Thank You' to those that have visited my "FLC" web site. I went on line last Dec. and have tried to add everything I can for all Battalions and Companys that made up FLC.
I did link this site under "FLC Related Sites". As not to intrude, I have very little on 1stMP's other than a few links for our "Fallen Heros" page. I recently stared a area for the 3rd MP's have I have not been able to locate any sites on the web for them. Also for the 7th Seperate Bulk Fuel Co guys also.

Hey Mike, my name is Norm Oppegard and I served with 3rd and 1st MP in 1970. I was only with 3rd MP for a month as they decommisioned the unit. Anyhow I was part of an FLC, FLSG A/B chat site up until last year--then I lost track of them. I think they were on Yahoo. I saw on another site that there is an FLC reunion in Biloxi, MS in Sept. Things to do- The hotel has a pool (open year around),
small fitness room, in Clearwater there is Golf, Fishing and
we are in walking distance to the Mall. Tampa is only 20-25
minutes away Busch Gardens, the Aquarium. I think that we
can find something to do. I also know that there is Mc Dill, AFB
in Tampa but I am not sure of what is there. I will try to found out.
